Scott Chillemi is the manager of the Hirsch Learning Center. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. His industry certifications include the Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and the Certified NetWare Engineer (CNE). Chillemi comes to Hirsch from On Ramp Training Inc. As a course director at On Ramp, he designed, developed and presented training seminars on computer technology and software applications. Chillemi has taught on topics such as TCP/IP, Internet Information Server (IIS), Windows NT, Novell Netware, and Microsoft SQL.
Chillemi is the co-author of three technical books: NetWare Unleashed, Learning NetWare 4 and The Windows NT System Administrator’s Survival Guide. At Hirsch, Chillemi designed the MOMEMTUM™ and the Velocity™ Installation courses. These classes have successfully improved Learning Center students’ confidence and effectiveness with Hirsch software. In addition to his Learning Center responsibilities, Chillemi is the chairman of the Education Committee for the Security Industry Association (SIA).
Mary Jo Pelton
Mary Jo Pelton comes to Hirsch Electronics with 20 years of training experience. She has designed, developed and implemented a LAN/WAN network, maintained an email system and designed web pages. She has helped to design the Hirsch courseware to convey difficult concepts and allow students to experience proficiency. She currently is teaching DIGI*TRAC and the Velocity course.
Rick Stephens
Rick Stephens brings over 20 years of training and education experience to the Hirsch Electronics Learning Center team. His training background includes instructing on a variety of software applications ranging from McGraw-Hill’s curriculum and test building software to Customer Relationship Management (CRM). He also developed technical training courses for several major metropolitan area school districts. Rick holds two Bachelor of Science degrees.
